Constitution Monitors: 1240Citizens trained to monitor and detect violations of the Rule of Law

by public officials at every level of government in NY

Citizen Vigilance Center: staffed with constitutional lawyers to recommend courses of civic or legal action

Managing Coalition: representing all independent constitution-oriented groups; to manage and

oversee the PLAN

Supporting Members: Want officials held accountable, regardless of Party, even if they voted for them
