Donate – Crowdfunding

 

This is our first attempt at “Crowdfunding”. The idea is that lots of people who want to support us make micro-donations ($2 or more). A donation of any amount is welcome, no matter how small.

We are presently raising $4,000 as a Redeemability Fund to help cover our interim phase where businesses that collect too many Bucks to spend easily can redeem them, if necessary. As of February 8 we have raised $500 towards this goal.

To contribute, simply press the “donate” button above and then conveniently transfer any amount to our Adirondack Cooperative Economy bank account through your credit card or PayPal. You can of course also go the traditional route of sending a check to ACE, Box 252, Warrensburg, NY 12885. (We are registered with the IRS and Warren County Clerk’s office – however, if this is a large amount and you need a tax write-off please contact us for the how-tos).
